What is the Proactive Golf Screen?

The Proactive Golf Screen uses state-of-the-art 3D motion capture technology to analyse the key movements required in golf.

During your session, you’ll complete a series of simple, golf-specific movements – from squats and lunges to balance and posture tests. The system captures your movement in real time, producing a personalised score across areas such as:
